The story was ok. What I didn't get was when did he transfer? When did his partner transfer? I'm not familiar with that area or the names of the towns, so I may be totally wrong. I know Gray is supposed to be on vacation, but I gathered he and Vivienne were no longer working together. As with the first book, it seems there should be another book before this one telling what has happened since the first book. What kind of game is his wife playing? But it seems that Gray doesn't really care. It needs a good editor. And what I really hated was the cliffhanger. I hate it when authors do that to get you to read their next book.
Although I started this series book 2 (my mistake) I'm excited the read book 1. Kill me Why kept me glued to page after page was an event. Very well written.
Flowery vague entertainment with more surprise action romance gore etc. Can't beat the price. A storyline completes with hooks galore.
Writer needs a proof reader. So many grammatical errors, misspelled words, and misplaced words made both books very hard to read.
Loved tho book, couldn't put it down. Kept me going until the very end. I wanted more. Would refer it to other.
In second book, all the twists and turns makes for keeping you involved in the story and not wanting to put the book down.
I've read 2 books in this series. Found it to be easy to skip whole pages without losing the story. Many grammatical errors. I always finish a book but I will not read the next one.
Very interesting, page turning mystery. Kept me in suspense.
